Our Team

EO is led by veteran fintech entrepreneur Steve Schiff who has worked in devivatives as a programmer, principal trader and company builder for more than two decades.  With an expertise in the use of disruptive technology in capital markets and trading, Steve’s career began in market rates distribution systems, inter-connectivity and data integration for JPMorgan.  He went on to market making in FX forwards, relative value and ‘curvology’ trading in IRS and Fixed Income, and run a consistently profitable Relative Value team.

Having traded various market crises, Steve went on to help traders prevent portfolio blows-ups and to create a CDS risk mitigation and optimisation marketplace.  Most recently he co-founded ICAP’s  ReMATCH service, which helped traders reduce $440B of illiquid CDS risk, and is now standard practice at all major dealers.
